Woods has done a great job keeping my aging system running well. Their techs are always highly knowledgeable, professional, and timely, and they’ve never tried to upsell me things I don’t need (unlike the company several years ago who got fired for telling me I just needed to let them install a whole new system for 5 figures rather than pay them to fix this one). Woods Comfort Systems provided an excellent customer experience replacing my water heater. The plumber Jonathan provided a clear estimate and scheduled an install within two days. During installation, he was thorough and gave updates and explanations whenever I had questions. He left his work area clean and was careful to avoid any damage, unlike previous plumbers I have had. Thomas of Woods Comfort Systems showed up on time. He proceeded to check the outside AC unit, then came inside to check out the attic unit. He answered a few questions and then upon completion of the maintenance visit, left. He was very professional the whole time and I highly recommend him, and the Woods Comfort Systems company.
