Ed was fantastic! He identified the problem within 2 minutes. We had a leak from our shower head and Ed disassembled and reassembled pieces so he could identify confidently where the leak was coming from. Made it seem easy. It is always pleasing to have a technician come to your door well trained. But Woods sent Miguel, who was perfectly well trained. Our newly installed system seemed a little off balance with half the house feeling much more comfortable than the other half. Woods sent David out to evaluate the system and do a balance check. David was on time and professional. He asked relevant questions about our concerns and addressed each one with a complete follow up explanation and options we could consider for resolution before making any changes.
