Ed was fantastic! He identified the problem within 2 minutes. We had a leak from our shower head and Ed disassembled and reassembled pieces so he could identify confidently where the leak was coming from. Made it seem easy. We have consistently enjoyed excellent service from Woods Comfort Systems. Everyone we have interacted with from the office staff to the techs have been of the highest caliber. Eduardo came out to fix a gas leak and discovered we also had an issue with our hot water heater (luckily still under warranty).
