Ed was fantastic! He identified the problem within 2 minutes. We had a leak from our shower head and Ed disassembled and reassembled pieces so he could identify confidently where the leak was coming from. Made it seem easy. Yesterday, JR. and Juan came out to install a brand new hvac system, and I’m really pleased with how smoothly it all went. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and were finished in about 5 hours. Everything was all cleaned up when they were done, and I was shown the details about what they installed and how to use the new thermostat, too. All the employees at Woods have been really knowledgeable, and I chose them to do the work after getting 4 other estimates because of how attentive and patient they were through that whole process.
