So far so good! The technician David did a thorough inspection of my ancient ac units. It was bad news but he was super polite and professional. He immediately set me up with an appointment with Rick. Rick was there in less than an hour. He also looked over the units and gave me options that best suited our unique situation. Shelby the finance lady was just a delight to work with, everyone was prompt, professional and made me aware of everything so there aren’t any unnecessary surprises! Woods did an amazing job for my home and the customer service they offer is second to none! My fiancé and I are more then pleased with there process and the air quality in our home is far better then it ever has been! Jay did an excellent job at explaining how the process and all the new equipment works. The way he handled himself made the decision very easy when it came down to choosing our new equipment.
