Jonathan did an excellent job in diagnosing where the water leak was and making recommendations for replacing our old water treatment system. He explained our options and the pros and cons to each. He was then able to introduce us to Shelby in their finance department, who was able to get the system we desired financed at acceptable terms. Jonathan was then able to locate the system we wanted in the area. He then went and picked it up and returned to install it the same day. Now, that is tremendous service. Well, we have a very large short-term. Rental and fan stop working locked down. I called within a couple hours. They had someone out replaced it and up and working again. I've used woods comfort systems for years. I have five units, and they're just unbelievable.. Read Less

Woods Comfort Systems provided an excellent customer experience replacing my water heater. The plumber Jonathan provided a clear estimate and scheduled an install within two days. During installation, he was thorough and gave updates and explanations whenever I had questions. He left his work area clean and was careful to avoid any damage, unlike previous plumbers I have had.
