Client Care Specialist

Primary Job Function
Answer a multi-line telephone system and provide excellent customer service. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company clients, including keeping clients appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Pay
$18 – $23/hour with compensation spiff program for maintenance agreement sales and follow up sales.

Primary Job Function
To manage the new construction installation operations of the company, including scheduling and dispatch crews, ordering, and purchasing procurements. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to the company schedule and requested lead-time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers.

Woods Comfort Systems is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with loading trucks to deliver materials to the job sites and running parts to our team members when needed. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for assisting installers with moving equipment into place and load old equipment and debris into truck.
